As an Entry Level Marketing Assistant, you'll work alongside an experienced team, supporting promotional marketing campaigns, customer acquisition activities and consumer engagement initiatives across El Paso.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and daily execution of face-to-face marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Engage directly with consumers to increase awareness of telecommunications products and services.
• Present product information, promotional offers and service benefits clearly and professionally.
• Assist with customer acquisition, lead generation and direct sales activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and service options.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to product-related enquiries.
• Support brand representation and maintain a professional image during customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales records and campaign activity reports.
• Work towards individual and team customer engagement and sales objectives.
• Participate in product knowledge training, marketing workshops and team meetings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve campaign performance and customer experiences.
