Entry Level Marketing Representative

SHIK Consulting Group is hiring an Entry-Level Marketing Representative to join our in-person marketing and community outreach team.

In this role, you will represent nonprofit organizations through face-to-face outreach at approved retail locations, community events, and other public-facing venues. You will speak with members of the public, explain the organization and its mission, answer questions, and help interested individuals complete the donor sign-up process.

This is an in-person, W-2 position. It is not a remote or door-to-door role.

What You'll Do

• Represent nonprofit organizations at assigned events and outreach locations
• Engage members of the public in professional, face-to-face conversations
• Educate potential supporters about nonprofit programs and initiatives
• Assist interested individuals with the donor enrollment process
• Learn and deliver campaign messaging accurately
• Track daily outreach activity and results
• Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching
• Maintain professional conduct while representing our organization and nonprofit partners

What We're Looking For

• Are dependable and punctual
• Are comfortable working in an in-person, public-facing environment
• Can work both independently and as part of a team
• Are receptive to coaching and feedback

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, fundraising, events, or sales is preferred.

Schedule

This is a full-time, in-person position. Team members work at assigned outreach locations and events throughout the local area.

Candidates should have flexibility to work during our scheduled campaign and event hours.

Compensation

This is a W-2 position.

This position provides a $600 weekly base guarantee, with the opportunity to earn more through commission based on individual performance.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
