This is Aftermath is growing our Tampa-based Health Insurance Sales team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Entry Level Medical Sales Specialists.

This role provides a time to develop professional communication, customer engagement, and insurance sales skills through hands-on training and guidance.

Whether you're transitioning from retail, hospitality, or customer service, we welcome applicants who are ready to learn something new.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective customers interested in health insurance coverage.
• Learn about available health insurance products and services.
• Identify customer needs through professional conversations.
• Present product information when appropriately licensed.
• Support insurance sales and customer follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Participate in sales training and coaching.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, confident, and enthusiastic personality.
• Goal-oriented and dependable.
• Comfortable speaking with prospective customers.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
