(Entry Level) Operation Coordinator, NGO

Summary:

• Basic up to $2500
• 5 days, 9am-6pm
• Location: Bukit Merah
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training given

Job Scope:

• Coordination & Scheduling: Manage team calendars, meetings, agendas, action items, and daily activities.
• Documentation & Records: Prepare and maintain SOPs, records, reference guides, shared files, and operational data to keep information accurate and organised.
• Procurement & Vendor Support: Coordinate purchase orders, invoices, payments, deliveries, and vendor requests to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Contracts & Renewals: Maintain records of contracts, licences, warranties, and vendor agreements, and track upcoming renewals and expiry dates.
• Assets & Facilities: Maintain hardware, software, and facilities records, track equipment, and support onboarding, workplace, and facilities needs.
• Reporting & General Support: Track timelines, prepare status updates and simple reports, and provide administrative and operational support.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint/Teams) .
