Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to queries via calls, email or fax.
- Assist with incident tracking and first-level troubleshooting for desktop, LAN, WAN, infrastructure and voice service issues.
- Log and follow up on IT service requests, escalating unresolved issues when necessary.
- Assist with user account administration, activation, changes and terminations.
Requirements
- Minimum Nitec in any discipline.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic IT knowledge is an advantage; no prior IT experience required.
