Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative

$40,000–$45,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

We’re looking for motivated, outgoing people who are ready to turn strong customer-facing skills into a career in outside sales.

If you’ve worked in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, automotive, wireless, leasing, or another people-focused role, your experience may translate well.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work face-to-face with local business owners throughout Louisville and surrounding areas.

Your day will include visiting convenience stores, gas stations, laundromats, restaurants, bars, and other local businesses to introduce CRM, vending and coin-operated equipment partnership programs.

You’ll typically visit 20+ businesses per day, introduce yourself to owners and managers, explain the opportunity, handle objections, follow up, and work toward new-business goals.

Basic Requirements

Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, comfort driving throughout the Louisville territory, basic smartphone/computer skills, and willingness to complete a background check are required.
