Entry-Level Payroll Coordinator

Massachusetts General Hospital is looking for an organized and dependable Entry-Level Payroll Coordinator to assist with payroll-related activities, employee records, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities

• Assist with routine payroll processing and data entry
• Review payroll information for accuracy
• Maintain and update employee records
• Assist with payroll reports and documentation
• Help respond to general payroll-related questions
• Work with HR and finance teams as needed
• Assist with identifying and correcting basic payroll discrepancies
• Handle employee information professionally and confidentially
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

Qualifications

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to learn new systems and procedures
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• No previous payroll experience required
• Training and guidance may be provided
