About The Opportunity We’re looking for an Entry-Level Press Operator for Second Shift at our Newburyport facility. Second shift runs from 3:30 pm to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday, and includes a 10% shift differential. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team of hardworking and dedicated professionals.

Location: Newburyport, MA, 100% Onsite

Responsibilities

• Perform all work in a safe manner, using appropriate PPE and following safety guidelines for the assigned task.
• Operate presses ranging from 2-ton to 100-ton.
• Consistently follow documented production instructions.
• Perform visual inspection while running presses.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area at all times.
• Follow all applicable AS9100 quality procedures....

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be proficient in the English language, both verbal and written.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical ability is strongly preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Working Conditions

• Requires mobility in a manufacturing plant environment while using Personal Protective Equipment.
• Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
• Must be able to have prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
