Entry Level Programming Position

This role involves participating in an intensive, short-term job training program designed to equip young adults with technical and professional skills .

Responsibilities include engaging in in-classroom training, internships, and mentorship to develop business, communication, and technical competencies.

Participants will receive personalized coaching, resume building, interview preparation , and networking support to prepare for employment opportunities.

Ideal candidates are high school graduates or GED recipients , eligible to work in the U.S. , and motivated to learn .

They should be available Monday through Friday and without a Bachelor's degree .

Participants will earn a weekly stipend during internships and gain skills to launch their careers, with many graduates securing employment or continuing education shortly after completion.
