We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Entry Level Project Coordinator to support daily operations at our Los Angeles, CA location. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in project coordination, business operations, and administrative support within a structured and team-focused environment.

Job: Full time

Salary Range: $18.50 – $27.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with coordinating daily project activities and operational tasks
• Help organize project schedules, timelines, assignments, and deliverables
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure tasks and deadlines are clearly understood
• Track project progress and provide updates to supervisors or project leads
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, schedules, and documentation
• Assist with coordinating resources, materials, and operational requirements
• Help identify and communicate potential delays or workflow issues

Requirements:

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
