Entry-Level Project Manager

Manhattan Promotions is a growing marketing and promotional company specializing in brand awareness, customer engagement, and direct marketing campaigns. We work with established brands to develop and execute campaigns that create meaningful connections with customers.

We are looking for a motivated and organized Entry-Level Project Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is ready to take on responsibility, develop leadership skills, and gain hands-on experience managing marketing projects and campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing marketing and promotional projects
• Help manage project timelines, priorities, and daily objectives
• Coordinate communication between team members and management
• Support the execution of client campaigns and promotional initiatives
• Help organize events, marketing activities, and campaign materials
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to leadership
• Assist with identifying challenges and developing solutions
• Track campaign activity, team performance, and project results
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions
• Help ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to established goals
• Support team members and help maintain a productive, positive work environment
• Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as you develop within the company
