Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

A bit about us: Growing commercial contractor with a national footprint is hiring an Entry-Level Project Manager to join its high-performing team. This is a rare opportunity to get trained from the ground up by a company that values hustle, grit, and follow-through over degrees and polish.

This isn’t a clipboard-and-meetings role. You'll be in the field, in the mix, and learning how the business works from the inside out.

Why join us? We believe that success is built on a team-oriented environment where each member is empowered to grow and make an impact. As a Project Manager, you’ll benefit from a competitive salary, medical coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, and professional development opportunities. Additionally, our unique ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) structure means that you’ll have a stake in our collective success. Join a dynamic team that values your contributions and supports your career growth.

Job Details As a Project Manager, you will oversee and manage projects ranging from $5,000 to $1.5 million. This role requires excellent organizational skills to handle material procurement, labor scheduling, and project logistics. You’ll be responsible for coordinating with field personnel, negotiating schedules, and ensuring projects stay on track. This position involves frequent travel, typically 2-5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with office and field teams to meet project goals.

Manage material orders, inventory, and maintain a detailed material log.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and stay updated on industry best practices.

Coordinate with other trades on-site, sequence tasks, and handle project scheduling.

Conduct regular job site visits, toolbox talks, and attend project meetings.

Manage project budgets, process change orders, and handle field orders weekly.

Maintain high-quality standards and ensure safety protocols are followed on-site.

Complete project close-out tasks, including punch lists and return of site keys/cards.

Qualifications:

Any interest, experience, or education in construction or related industry.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to foster collaboration and effectively drive project goals.
