You do not need previous property management experience. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
About the role
As an Entry Level Property Manager, you will work alongside our experienced Property Managers and support the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties.
Your role will include a combination of property inspections, administration, maintenance coordination and communication with clients, tenants and contractors.

What you will be doing
- Carrying out regular property inspections and preparing detailed inspection reports
- Completing water meter reads
- Identifying maintenance requirements, potential repairs and health and safety concerns
- Raising work orders and obtaining quotes for maintenance and repair work
- Communicating with property owners, tenants, Property Managers and contractors
- Coordinating contractors and following up on maintenance to ensure work is completed efficiently
- Providing administrative and operational support to the Property Management team
About you
We are looking for someone who is:
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- A good communicator (written and verbal) who is confident dealing with a wide range of people
- Practical and enjoys being out and about rather than sitting at a desk all day
- Naturally detail-focused and able to spot issues others may overlook
- Comfortable working independently while also being a team player
- Confident using computers and learning new systems
- Proactive, reliable and keen to learn
- Able to build positive relationships with clients, tenants and contractors
Why join us?
This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door of the property industry and develop a career with an established and experienced team.
You will receive support and training from experienced Property Managers while gaining practical experience across property inspections, maintenance, client relationships and property management administration.
If you are looking for a role where you can learn, develop and build a long-term career in property management, we would love to hear from you.
