Job Description
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Buyer to be responsible for ordering select products for our company. Your responsibilities will include processing purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, tracking orders, creating and maintaining inventory. As a buyer, you will work with our team throughout the company to ensure demands are met for our customers. In addition to that, you will be asked to help out with expediting to follow-up on purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Contact Vendor by phone/email to verify shipment of product on the specified date.
• Contacts vendors to requisition product sooner than the scheduled date as needed.
• Process RGA and the total process of returning goods to the supplier.
• Cross-train and back up the buyers as needed.
• Updating branches on purchase order changes
• Other duties as needed.

• Excel and Microsoft Office is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
