Entry Level Quality Tech

Position Title:

Quality Technician (Entry-Level)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Quality team as an Entry-Level Quality Technician. This role supports quality assurance activities to ensure products meet company and customer standards. The ideal candidate is highly attentive to detail, dependable, and able to follow established procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Information:

Regular working hours :

Day shift -4:30 am to 3:00 pm - Monday through Thursday,

Afternoon shift- 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM,

Both shifts with occasional Fridays as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections and tests on products and materials
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
• Identify and report quality issues or nonconformances
• Support containment and corrective action activities
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve issues

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic understanding of quality concepts or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
