Entry-Level Receptionist – AV DENIM

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Entry-Level Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a professional office environment.

Schedule:
Monday–Thursday
9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Take and relay messages to the appropriate staff members
• Receive and distribute mail and packages
• Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk/reception area
• Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
• Provide general office support as needed

Qualifications:

• Entry-level candidates are welcome
• Basic phone answering skills and professional telephone etiquette required
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Reliable and punctual
• Basic computer skills
• Organized and able to multitask
• Previous receptionist or office experience is a plus, but not required
