Entry Level Recruiter

Rev Up is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and motivated Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing team in Montgomery, AL! If you're a strong communicator who enjoys connecting with people, managing schedules, and keeping things organized, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career in recruiting and human resources.

As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you'll play an important role in supporting our hiring process by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every applicant. You'll be one of the first points of contact for prospective employees, helping create a positive first impression of Rev Up.

We're looking for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. No previous recruiting experience is required. We're looking for the right attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn!

Entry-Level Recruiter Responsibilities

• Contact prospective candidates to schedule interviews and coordinate appointment availability with hiring managers.
• Answer incoming phone calls, make outbound calls to applicants, and respond to general recruiting inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Confirm upcoming interviews, send appointment reminders, follow up with candidates, and assist with rescheduling when necessary.
• Front desk and lobby management
• Maintain accurate interview calendars, coordinate schedules, and prevent scheduling conflicts.
• Provide candidates with information about interview times, locations, and next steps in the hiring process.
• Support the recruiting team by tracking interview appointments, updating candidate information, and maintaining organized records.
• Assist with daily office tasks, data entry, email correspondence, and other scheduling-related responsibilities.
• Ensure every applicant receives timely communication and a welcoming, professional experience throughout the interview process.

Entry Level Recruiter Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and confident phone etiquette
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to meeting deadlines
• Comfortable using computers, email, digital calendars, and basic office software
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, administration, or scheduling is a plus,
