Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels including social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing tools, and research to build a diverse talent pipeline
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners to ensure smooth communication and alignment
• Assist with campus recruitment efforts by engaging with students and educational institutions for entry-level talent acquisition
• Utilize talent management software such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Support high volume recruitment initiatives by coordinating interviews, scheduling assessments, and managing candidate flow
• Contribute to employer branding efforts through social media management and outreach campaigns to attract top talent

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members
• Basic understanding of HR legal compliance, employment law in talent management, and employment & labor law principles
• Familiarity with HR systems such as ATS, ADP, or similar platforms
• Demonstrated ability in research, cold calling, lead generation, and relationship management
• Passion for human resources, recruiting, and talent acquisition with a desire to grow professionally in these areas
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience or coursework related to recruiting or sales is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
