Part-Time Bilingual Recruiting Assistant (English/Spanish) – Entry Level

• Location: Los Angeles, CA (On-Site)
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM
• Hours: 20–30 hours per week
• Pay: $19.00–$20.00 per hour (DOE)

About the Role

Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Bilingual Recruiting Assistant (English/Spanish) to support our Los Angeles office.

Our clients are primarily Japanese-affiliated companies operating in the U.S. Some of our client companies seek Spanish-speaking employees, and this role will assist in communicating with and screening Spanish-speaking candidates as part of the recruiting process. This is an on-site position due to the confidential nature of our work.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking candidates during initial screenings
• Review resumes and update applicant tracking systems
• Schedule interviews and maintain candidate follow-up
• Conduct candidate outreach and screening calls
• Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative support
• Assist recruiters with sourcing and organizing candidate information

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required (Fluent English, conversational or higher Spanish)
• Associate degree or higher required
• Prior office, administrative, or customer service experience is a plus
• Comfortable making multiple phone calls daily
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and dependable

Compensation

$19.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience

Additional Information

• Employment is at-will under California law.
• Background checks will be conducted after a conditional offer, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Position requires extended typing and sitting, occasional standing, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
