Entry Level Recruiting Assistant - Start ASAP

Veer Tortuga is a premier private sales and marketing firm. We don't just bridge the gap between clients and consumers; we build the teams that make it happen. We are currently expanding our sales division and are looking for a high-energy, organized Entry Level Recruiter Assistant to help us find the next generation of sales Professioanls.

The Role :

This isn’t just a "behind-the-scenes" role—you are the face and voice of our company. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from the first job posting to the candidate’s first day. We are looking for a "go-getter" who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a student mentality—someone who is ready to learn our systems from the ground up.

What You’ll Do :

• Sourcing & Growth : Create and post engaging job ads; proactively source and qualify top-tier talent for our sales teams.
• Candidate Experience : Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate in-office interview schedules.
• Office Administration : Manage our front lobby, answer incoming calls, and handle professional email correspondence.

The Path to Leadership :

We believe in promoting from within. For the right candidate, this role is a stepping stone. You will be trained to eventually transition into an Office Recruiting Manager position, where you will take on :

• Social media management and brand development.
• New hire orientation and onboarding.
• Training and developing future administrative staff.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications) :

• Experience : 1–2 years in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, etc.) or a professional office setting.
• Communication : Exceptional verbal and written skills. You should be comfortable talking to anyone!
• Mindset : A "go-getter" attitude with a desire to hit targets and grow professionally.
• Organization : The ability to multitask—managing a lobby while replying to emails is second nature to you.
