Driven Empire Consulting, is hiring a motivated Full-time Entry Level Representative to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and helping customers find services that fit their needs.

As an Entry Level Representative, you’ll represent AT&T Fiber services, connect with customers, introduce available solutions, and help guide them through the enrollment process. Along the way, you’ll develop valuable experience in customer enrollment, communication, customer engagement, and relationship building while working alongside a supportive Entry Level Representative team.

What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Representative

• Introduce available plans, features, promotions, and service options in a clear and engaging manner.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information to help them understand their options.
• Guide customers through enrollment, account setup, and other service-related processes.
• Represent AT&T Fiber services with professionalism, confidence, and a customer-focused approach.
• Engage with customers to learn about their needs, preferences, and service goals.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow company and client procedures.
• Work closely with team members to accomplish individual objectives and contribute to overall team success.

What We’re Looking For in an Entry Level Representative

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with different types of customers.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn new skills.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple customer conversations and responsibilities.
• Previous experience in customer service, or a related field is helpful but not required.
