Entry-Level Representative

Navimark Elite is hiring a friendly and motivated Entry-Level Representative in East Providence, RI. If you enjoy meeting people, helping customers, and learning new skills, this is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in retail, customer engagement, and telecommunications.

As an Entry-Level Representative, you’ll represent AT&T services in select retail locations, connect with customers, answer questions, and introduce products and service options based on their needs. No previous experience is required—we provide training and support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Representative, you will:

• Welcome customers and create a professional, positive experience
• Speak with customers to understand their needs and service interests
• Introduce AT&T products, services, plans, and promotions
• Explain service options and answer customers’ questions clearly
• Assist customers with enrollment and service-related processes
• Maintain strong communication while working with customers and team members
• Work with other Entry-Level Representative team members to support daily goals

What We're Looking For

The ideal Entry-Level Representative is friendly, dependable, motivated, and comfortable working with customers.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Professional, organized, and team-oriented
• High school diploma or GED required
• Retail, sales, customer service, or telecommunications experience is helpful but not required
