Entry Level Retail Representative

As a Entry Level Retail Representative, you’ll serve as the link between our brand and new customers—delivering engaging presentations, recommending personalized solutions, and guiding customers through the entire sales process from first interaction to service activation. The Entry Level Retail Representative role requires adaptability, organization, and a commitment to staying up to date on products and promotions through ongoing training.

Entry Level Retail Representative Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of AT&T products and services to confidently communicate value to customers
• Create personalized customer experiences by answering questions, addressing concerns, and recommending tailored solutions
• Drive sales by aligning customers with plans and services that match their needs and usage
• Follow company policies, client guidelines, and compliance standards at all times
• Support and collaborate with fellow Entry Level Retail Representatives by sharing insights, best practices, and product knowledge
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
• Accurately track customer interactions, sales activity, and service details

Entry Level Retail Representative Qualifications:

• Experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, retail, or hospitality preferred
• Previous Entry Level Retail Representative experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to grow and succeed
• Ability to stay organized and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Outgoing, confident, and solution-focused attitude

Pay: $1,250.00 - $1,800.00 per week
