About the Role

We are hiring Entry-Level Retail Sales Representatives to support face-to-face sales for water filtration and distribution brands in wholesale retail locations throughout the Tonawanda, NY area.

This is a sales-focused entry-level position with paid training and opportunities to develop leadership and management skills over time. No previous sales experience is required.

You will receive training in customer engagement, product knowledge, sales processes, and leadership development while gaining hands-on experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage in face-to-face sales inside retail/wholesale locations
• Maintain customer relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Contribute to retail sales campaigns by promoting products/services and closing sales
• Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed sales targets
• Assist in managing daily operations and support team members to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service

Experience

• No direct experience required
• Retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person
• Motivated to learn and develop professionally

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
• Must be 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation to our office and designated retail locations in Tonawanda, NY
• Weekend availability, if needed
