Entry Level Sales Agent

Driven Empire Consulting is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Full time Entry Level Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will connect with customers, introduce them to AT&T Fiber services, and help them identify internet solutions that fit their household needs. What you’ll do as an Entry Level Sales Agent

• Engage with prospective and existing customers to introduce AT&T Fiber services, explain available options, and identify solutions that align with their internet needs.
• Build rapport through friendly, professional conversations that encourage trust and create a positive customer experience.
• Introduce service features, connectivity benefits, and available plans in a clear and approachable manner, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Ask relevant questions to understand customer preferences, address concerns, and recommend appropriate service options without unnecessary pressure.
• Assist customers with the enrollment process by explaining requirements, reviewing information for accuracy, and helping ensure all necessary details are completed.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and enrollment activity while complying with the established company procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet performance goals, strengthen customer engagement techniques, and continuously improve sales effectiveness.

What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Sales Agent

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a variety of customers.
• A customer-focused attitude and genuine interest in helping people understand their service options.
• Dependability, organization, and attention to detail when managing customer information and follow-up responsibilities.
• Willingness to learn about telecommunications services, sales processes, and effective customer engagement practices.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to accept feedback, work collaboratively, and contribute to shared team goals.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
