Entry Level Sales & Client Relations Representative

Mark of Mastery Consulting is a sales and business consulting firm based in Sarasota, FL. We are hiring an Entry-Level Sales & Client Relations Representative to join our growing team. This is a face-to-face, in-person sales role helping local businesses grow through direct customer engagement.

As an Entry-Level Sales & Client Relations Representative, you will represent our clients directly to customers and play a key role in driving daily sales.

Entry-Level Sales & Client Relations Representative Responsibilities

• Generate sales through face-to-face customer interactions on behalf of our clients
• Use sales techniques learned through training to close new customers and meet daily goals
• Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering solutions
• Work with a team of fellow Entry-Level Sales & Client Relations Representatives to hit weekly sales targets
• Receive ongoing sales coaching and support from experienced team leads
• Track personal sales performance and take on more responsibility over time

Entry-Level Sales & Client Relations Representative Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Reliable, goal-oriented, and motivated to sell
• Comfortable working in a team-based sales environment
• No prior sales experience required — training is provided for this Entry-Level Sales & Client Relations Representative role
• Background in retail, food service, or customer service is helpful but not necessary
