Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales AssociateSales Support

• Assist the sales team with daily sales activities and customer requests.
• Support customer outreach and follow-up efforts.
• Entry Level Sales Associates help identify and organize new sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
• Assist with preparing sales materials, presentations, and other resources.

Customer Service

• Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Entry Level Sales Associates respond to general questions and provide accurate information.
• Learn about customer needs and direct them toward appropriate solutions.
• Address basic concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.

Sales Development

• Learn and apply fundamental sales techniques.
• Entry Level Sales Associates assist with product and service presentations.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
• Participate in training and coaching to improve sales performance.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales Representatives and management.
• Communicate updates regarding customer activity and sales opportunities.

Entry Level Sales Associate Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or administrative support is helpful but not required. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
