Entry-Level Sales Associate

We are hiring an Entry Level Sales Associate to represent our company and client, Verizon in face-to-face customer interactions. This is an entry level Sales Associate opportunity for individuals who want to build practical sales experience while working directly with residential customers.

As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will speak with residential customers about Verizon services, identify their needs, explain available options, and complete new sales when there is a strong fit. The Entry Level Sales Associate role is entry level, customer-facing, goal-oriented, and focused on clear communication and professional service. This entry level Sales Associate position includes training and ongoing coaching designed to help you develop product knowledge, communication skills, sales techniques, and confidence. No previous sales experience is required, the right entry level candidate should be coachable, dependable, competitive, and comfortable speaking with people.

Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Represent Verizon professionally during face-to-face customer conversations.
• Speak with residential customers about their current services and available Verizon options.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Complete new sales accurately and professionally.
• Follow established sales processes and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Track individual performance and work toward daily and weekly goals.
• Participate in Entry Level Sales Associate team meetings, training, and coaching.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
