What You'll Do as an Entry Level Sales Associate

• Connect with customers in person and learn about their needs
• Present products and services and recommend solutions that fit each customer
• Build strong customer relationships through a professional, personable approach
• Work alongside experienced Sales Associates and managers to develop your sales skills
• Keep up with current promotions, products, and customer solutions
• Track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activity accurately

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• No previous sales experience required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive, outgoing, and motivated personality
• Goal-oriented and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
• Flexible availability, including some evenings or weekends
