The Sales Associate is an entry role that involves direct communication with community members and eligible consumers to promote and close deals with an essential telecommunications program. In this impactful and performance-driven role, you’ll have a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives around you while also establishing your own career.

What You'll Actually Be Doing as an Entry Level Sales Associate:

• Start real conversations with community members and figure out what they actually need from a reliable wireless service provider
• Quality and walk customers through their options in plain language, beginning to end
• Own the sign-up process so nothing stalls after someone says yes
• Answer the hard questions straight, including the ones people are nervous to ask
• Hit daily and weekly Sales Associate performance targets and track in real time
• Debrief with your team on a daily and weekly basis and bring back what's working

• You'd rather talk to fifty people than sit behind a screen all day
• You take direction and critique in stride
• You like the idea of controlling your paycheck and financial opportunities
• You keep score in most things you do, and you don't love losing
• You take a correction on Monday and it shows up in your numbers by Wednesday

Entry Level Sales Associate Qualifications (what really matters):

• You can carry a conversation with a stranger and keep it moving somewhere useful
• You're comfortable on your feet around people, in stores, at events, wherever the work happens
• When you say you'll be somewhere, you're there
• You're coachable, and you ask questions when you're stuck
• Money, growth, or both are what get you moving
• Retail, hospitality, serving, or sales experience helps, but it isn't required

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
