Opener / Call Transfer Specialist
American Financial Progress is looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our sales team.
This is an entry-level sales opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, coachable, competitive, and motivated by performance-based income.
Your role is to connect with prospective clients, identify their needs, build initial interest, and transfer qualified calls to one of our experienced closers.
You do not need to close the sale yourself. Your job is to create a strong first impression, qualify the opportunity, and make a smooth handoff to the closing team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Speaking with prospective clients by phone
• Following a proven opening and qualification process
• Asking basic questions to determine client needs and eligibility
• Building rapport and creating interest
• Transferring qualified prospects to senior sales representatives / closers
• Accurately documenting conversations in our CRM
• Meeting daily and weekly call and transfer goals
• Participating in ongoing sales training and coaching

Previous phone sales, call center, customer service, appointment setting, or lead qualification experience is a plus, but not required.
