Entry Level Sales Associate

Skyline Business Solutions is hiring a motivated Entry Level Sales Associate to support customer engagement and sales initiatives for AT&T services in Seattle, WA and neighboring areas, working directly with customers face-to-face.

The Role

As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you'll introduce customers to services, identify their needs, and help guide them through decisions. You'll work alongside a team to assist with sales objectives and deliver a consistent customer experience.

What You'll Do as Entry Level Sales Associate

• Start in-person conversations and build rapport to discuss AT&T services
• Explain features and benefits to help customers make informed decisions
• Ask questions and listen to assist customers with services that fit their needs
• Guide interested customers through next steps and sales enrollment procedures
• Assist with inquiries, directing complex questions to the right teammate
• Document interactions and assist with accurate recordkeeping
• Work with teammates to assist in keeping sales and engagement goals on track

What We're Looking For a Entry Level Sales Associate

• High school diploma or GED required (college degree a plus)
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Professional, customer-focused approach to sales conversations
• Good listening skills to recognize and assist with customer needs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Dependable, adaptable attitude, open to feedback

This role builds a foundation in sales, communication, and relationship management. You'll gain real, face-to-face experience assisting customers and strengthening your ability to present information clearly. As you grow, you may take on more responsibility.

Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,600.00 per week
