North Star Marketing Agency is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Associate to join our Brookfield team.

This role is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on professional experience, build confidence, and develop valuable sales and customer service skills.

No previous professional sales experience is required. We provide paid training, coaching, and ongoing support to help new team members learn the position from the ground up.

You’ll work face-to-face with customers inside established retail partner locations while representing products and services for national and retail brand partners.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with customers face-to-face
• Introduce products, services, and current offers
• Answer customer questions and provide helpful product information
• Learn the fundamentals of sales and customer engagement
• Build positive customer relationships
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching
