Entry Level Sales Associate - Paid Training

Universal Exposure is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Bellevue, WA to provide our customers with information about our Water and Beverage products and home delivery options while finding solutions that best serve their needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in retail, customer service, restaurants, hospitality, as a bartender/barista, or other customer-forward positions who is looking to grow their career in sales.

What We Do:

We are a sales and marketing firm that builds brand awareness for our partnered Water and Beverage clients, creating impactful engagement that ensures customer satisfaction in select retail stores in Bellevue, Kirkland, Tukwila, Lynnwood and Everette.

Daily Responsibilities:

You will work closely with our team and use sales and marketing skills that will help you build new customer relationships, process enrollments, and assist with delivery service setup for new/repeating customers.

• Welcome customers and provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Engage with our customers to understand their needs/what they’re looking for.
• Explain our products and services clearly, answering any questions with professionalism.
• Accurately identify which service plans and product selections would benefit our customers based on their needs, and make informed recommendations.
• Build positive relationships with our customers and ensure their satisfaction with our products to encourage customer loyalty.
• Work closely with your team to meet individual and team sales goals.
• Be adaptable with new promotions and stay up-to-date with team training and communication.

What We’re Looking For:

Someone who enjoys working face-to-face with people, and is seeking to develop and grow their skills in Retail, Sales and Customer Service.

The Ideal Candidate has engaging communication skills, professionalism and will provide a friendly and helpful experience with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and generate sales. Experience in customer-facing roles or sales is preferred, but not required.
