Key Responsibilities of an Entry Level Sales Associate

• Introduce available services, share relevant details, and help customers understand their options through clear and helpful communication.
• Keep customer details up to date, record relevant customer sales interactions, and manage activity documentation according to company guidelines.
• Communicate important updates, support scheduling needs, and collaborate with colleagues to keep daily sales operations organized and on track.
• Identify common customer concerns, bring issues to the appropriate team members, and help implement solutions that maintain a positive customer experience.
• Take part in team discussions, apply guidance from supervisors, and strengthen daily work practices while helping the team achieve its goals.
