Entry-Level Sales Associate - Retail

Xcelerate Group is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team. We’re looking for motivated, competitive, and people-oriented individuals who enjoy working toward goals, interacting with customers, and being part of a high-energy team environment.

No previous sales experience is required. Paid training is provided to help new team members learn our products, services, customer interaction process, and sales approach.

What You'll Do

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll work directly with customers in a retail environment while contributing to individual and team performance goals.

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Start conversations and build positive relationships with customers.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate options.
• Explain available products, services, pricing, and current promotions.
• Assist customers with purchases, transactions, and required documentation.
• Work toward individual and team sales and performance goals.
• Track your progress and continuously look for ways to improve.
• Participate in team training, development, and performance meetings.
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction information.
• Follow company and retail location policies and procedures.
• Work cooperatively with teammates in a positive, goal-oriented environment.
• Participate in occasional local promotional or community events when scheduled.

Work Environment

This is an in-person, customer-facing retail sales position. Team members interact directly with customers throughout the workday and should be comfortable remaining active, starting conversations, working toward performance goals, and operating in an energetic retail environment.
