Entry Level Sales

We are hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to provide face-to-face customer service and sales support. In this role, you will represent our company and assist customers with questions about our client’s products and services.

Team members receive training on our client’s products, services, promotions, and policies. This position involves engaging customers, explaining available options, and contributing to individual and team goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers professionally
• Explain products, services, and current promotions
• Answer customer questions accurately
• Provide face-to-face customer service and sales assistance
• Recommend appropriate options based on customer needs
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and tact
• Maintain current knowledge of products, services, and policies
• Keep the assigned sales area, signage, and displays organized

Qualifications

• Retail, sales, or customer-service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable speaking directly with customers
• Bilingual abilities are helpful but not required

Pay: $51,228.30 - $61,694.30 per year
