We're looking for an ambitious, outgoing person who wants to build a career in sales, events, media, and brand partnerships.

You'll work directly with company leadership selling sponsorships for NYC events including Creator Week, One Manor, Red Carpet Show, and Red Carpet Room.

What You'll Do

• Reach out to brands and decision-makers.
• Follow up with warm leads.
• Book and run introductory calls.
• Present sponsorship opportunities.
• Build relationships and follow up consistently.
• Negotiate and help close sponsorship deals.
• Manage your pipeline and CRM.

Prior sales experience is helpful, but not required. We care more about your drive, communication skills, and ability to learn quickly.

Compensation

Commission-only to start: 10%–20% of first-year contract value.

Example: A $25,000 sponsorship can generate $2,500–$5,000 in commission.

A base salary + commission structure may be added based on performance.
