Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements

Property and Casualty insurance license.

Strong comfort level with initiating conversations and connecting with new people.

Computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software platforms.

A dedicated and coachable mindset.

Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify new opportunities to help community members protect what matters most to them.

Guide potential clients through our various insurance products to find the right fit for their unique lives.

Reach out to prospects via phone and in-person to introduce our agency services.

Track your progress and sales activities within our internal tracking systems.

Participate in local networking events to build visibility for the agency in Camas.

Collaborate with the agency owner to learn the ropes and refine your sales technique.
