Core Fundraising is looking for enthusiastic, confident and passionate people to join our growing team of Fundraisers. If you enjoy meeting people, working outdoors and making a real impact for charities across New Zealand, we'd love to hear from you!

Travel Requirement: This position involves regular travel throughout Northland, outside Auckland. You must be available to travel for up to 4 nights per week, at least 3 weeks each month, as required by campaign schedules. Accommodation and work-related travel expenses are covered by the company.

What You'll Do

• Represent well-known charities professionally.
• Engage with members of the public and inspire them to become regular supporters.
• Explain charity programs and answer questions.
• Achieve individual and team fundraising goals.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

What We Offer:

• Paid 4-Week Training Programme – Receive comprehensive fundraising and charity training while earning a $50,000 pro rata annual salary during your 4-week training and probation period.
• Salary Increase After Qualification – Successfully complete your training and progress to a $60,000 annual salary, plus uncapped performance-based commission.
• Exceptional Earning Potential – Our industry-leading commission structure rewards high performers, with top fundraisers having the potential to earn $5,000+ in weekly bonuses and commissions, based on individual performance.

• Guaranteed Full-Time Employment – Enjoy a minimum of 40 hours per week with stable, full-time employment.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills
• Driving License (Preferred)
• Positive and outgoing personality
• Passion for helping charities
• Self-motivated and target driven
• Reliable and professional
• Available for Full-Time work (must be above 18) and must have right to work in New Zealand
• No fundraising experience required – full training provided
