Entry level Sales Manager

What You’ll Do

• Connect with customers and represent the Lumin campaign as an Entry Level Sales Manager
• Learn sales strategies and build strong customer relationships
• Support and motivate the sales team while developing your skills as an Entry Level Sales Manager
• Help create a fun, positive team environment
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Develop your communication, leadership, and management skills needed to succeed as an Entry Level Sales Manager
• Participate in training designed to prepare you for success as an Entry Level Sales Manager

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma
• Great communication and people skills
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Comfortable speaking with customers
• Previous sales or leadership experience is a plus, but not required for an Entry Level Sales Manager
