Role Requirements for an Entry Level Sales Manager

• Support daily team activities and help maintain organized workflows across assigned territories.

• Monitor customer engagement activity and help identify areas where additional team support may be needed.
• Maintain accurate reporting, scheduling updates, and internal documentation using company systems.
• Help coordinate team meetings, daily planning discussions, and operational updates.
• Work alongside leadership to ensure customer interactions align with company standards and expectations.
• Provide support with resolving customer concerns and escalating issues when appropriate.
