We're hiring an Entry Level Sales Manager to represent AT&T while learning the business from the ground up. You'll gain hands-on experience in sales, leadership, recruiting, team management, and business operations as you grow into a management role.

No previous management experience is required—we provide the training.

Entry Level Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Represent AT&T products and services
• Work directly with customers to provide solutions
• Assist in leading and developing a small sales team
• Learn recruiting, interviewing, and employee training
• Understand business operations and performance management
• Help drive team goals and daily results

Entry Level Sales Manager Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership mindset with a positive attitude
• Experience in hospitality, restaurants, bartending, retail, customer service, or sales is a plus
• Self-motivated and coachable
