The Role

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you’ll represent nationally recognised clients while developing your customer service, communication and sales skills.

Day to day, you’ll be:

• Building rapport and creating positive customer experiences
• Speaking with new customers and understanding their needs
• Developing communication, sales and relationship-building skills
• Working towards individual and team performance targets
• Representing our clients professionally
• Receiving regular coaching to improve your performance
