Sales generated by our team can produce commissions ranging from approximately $2,500–$8,000+ per job, depending on the project and applicable compensation structure.

Setters can also earn $500 M1 commissions with no clawbacks.

High performers have the opportunity to earn significantly more as they develop their skills and produce results.

What You’ll Do

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you’ll help generate new customer opportunities and connect homeowners with our sales team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating directly with prospective customers
• Building rapport and creating genuine conversations
• Identifying potential customer needs
• Educating customers on available options
• Setting qualified appointments for our sales team
• Learning and following a proven sales process
• Participating in daily training and coaching
• Working alongside experienced sales leaders
• Tracking your performance and continuously improving
