Entry Level Sales Representative

Launch your Sales career with us and have fun at the same time. No Prior Sales Experience Is Required - we will train you! Our Entry Level Sales Reps help our customers transform their houses into their homes. Compensation includes $45,000 base pay plus commissions; $75,000 - $150,000 at plan earnings first year.

You will be generating new leads in pre-screened residential neighborhoods, trade shows, and community events. Performance after 90 days will be reviewed for a Mid-Senior Level Sales position.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation
• Drive in pre-screened residential neighborhoods and attend home shows and events to generate potential prospects
• Visit homeowners and offer free estimates
• Be the face of the company and present yourself in a professional manner
