Day-to-Day Responsibilities of an Entry-Level Sales Representative

• Engage customers in person and introduce relevant Just Energy products and services.
• Start conversations, ask questions, and identify each customer’s needs and preferences.
• Explain energy options clearly and answer customer questions with professionalism.
• Build strong customer relationships through attentive service and confident communication.
• Support customer acquisition and promotional marketing initiatives within the local market.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to stay focused on campaign goals and daily priorities.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching, and development activities to strengthen sales and communication skills.
