Entry Level Sales Representative

We’re hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Vancouver team as Entry Level Sales Representatives.

No previous sales or marketing experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing development to help you build skills in sales, communication, customer service, and leadership.

This is a W-2, customer-facing position where you’ll represent established client brands and connect directly with customers in a retail environment.

What You’ll Do

• Represent client brands and promotions in a retail setting
• Speak with customers face-to-face and identify their needs
• Explain products, services, and current promotions
• Assist interested customers with enrollment or sign-up processes
• Build strong communication and sales skills through hands-on experience
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing sales, communication, and leadership training
• Take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the company
