Entry Level Sales Representative

Our team is growing and we're looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals to join us as Entry Level Sales Representative.

This is a 100% remote position with training, mentorship, and leads provided at no cost. No prior sales or insurance experience is required.

What You'll Do:

You'll work virtually with working-class families, including members of labor unions, credit unions, and associations, to help them understand and enroll in life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options.

• Conduct virtual appointments via Zoom
• Explain available benefits and coverage options
• Help clients complete the enrollment process
• Participate in ongoing development and leadership training
