As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you’ll represent a leading telecommunications provider at retail locations throughout the Lexington area. You’ll help customers find solutions for their internet, mobile, streaming, and home entertainment needs**.**

No sales experience required-paid training provided.

What You’ll Do

• Work at assigned retail locations throughout the Lexington area
• Talk with customers and learn about their needs
• Introduce customers to available internet, mobile, streaming, and entertainment services
• Recommend products and services based on customer needs
• Explain products, features, pricing, and promotions
• Help customers start new services or make changes to existing services
• Process sales using company-provided technology
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in daily training and coaching
• Track your sales and performance
• Represent the company professionally

This is a face-to-face retail sales position where you’ll interact directly with customers, build relationships, and develop valuable sales skills.

Sales experience is not required.
Customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, recruiting, fundraising, or other people-focused experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person.

Pay & Performance

• Hourly base pay
• Performance-based commissions
• Bonuses and sales incentives
• Typical earning potential: $800–$1,300+ per week, based on individual performance, commissions, bonuses, and hours worked

Paid Training & Career Growth

No sales experience? No problem. We provide paid training and hands-on coaching to teach you our products, sales process, and customer approach.

Schedule
Full-Time: Thursday–Monday 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break included)
Days Off: Tuesday & Wednesday
Candidates must be available to work the full Thursday-Monday schedule.

Transportation
This is an in-person retail position with assignments at retail locations throughout the Lexington area.

Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
